Ana Liffey Drug Project is recruiting Project Workers for its assertive outreach, case management and harm reduction teams in Midwest and in Dublin.

Ana Liffey is a low threshold, harm reduction service working to meet the needs of people with complex and multiple needs. Our service users experience addiction, homelessness, social isolation, mental health and other complex issues.

Our teams in Midwest and in Dublin provide accessible, flexible and person centred case management services to people. They work to meet people where and when suits them best in order to provide harm reduction, signposting and referral, case management and crisis supports which will effectively meet their needs. Strong interagency work and care planning are core elements of the Ana Liffey teams work.

Our teams work in close partnership with statutory services such as HSE and Dublin Regional Homeless Executive, local communities and a wide range of voluntary agencies.

Ana Liffey team members are driven to provide flexible, service user centred, evidence based supports to people in a proactive and dynamic manner.

We now seek to recruit the following posts:

MIDWEST

Project Workers (full time and part time positions available) to focus on reaching, assessing and case managing people in Limerick County, North Tipperary and Clare. More information on this team can be found here aldp.ie/regions/mid-west-region/

Suitable candidates will have experience in working with people who use drugs and be highly motivated to work with complex cases. A full driving licence is essential.

Hours: 35 hours per week organised between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: €37,382 per annum for full time equivalent role.

DUBLIN

Project Workers (full time positions only available) to focus on reaching, assessing and case managing people in Dublin City Centre. More information on this team can be found here aldp.ie/services/

Suitable candidates will have experience in working with people who use drugs and be highly motivated to work with complex cases. Understanding and experience of interagency care planning is essential.

Hours: 35 hours per week organised between 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: €37,382 per annum for full time equivalent role.
