Come work with us…there’s still time to apply! We are extending the deadline for this post to 11th March.  Ana Liffey are recruiting for an organised, flexible & proactive person to join our Finance & Admin Team as a part-time Office Administrator.

Ana Liffey Drug Project is a low threshold, harm reduction organisation providing addiction and health inclusion supports to people with multiple and complex needs. Ana Liffey’s central office and frontline teams have worked flexibly and innovatively over the past 40 years to support people who are marginalised.

We are now seeking to recruit an organised, flexible and proactive person to join our Finance and Administration team as a part time Office Administrator.

The successful candidate can work from home, in our city centre office or a blend of the two and will be expected to be able to attend our Dublin and Limerick offices as needed. Transport costs will be covered.

The role is part time, preferably hours will be 9.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Experience of general office administration in a busy environment
  • Experience of the NGO/Healthcare Sectors
  • Experience of working in finance or procurement
  • Experience supervising staff or volunteers
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Proficient knowledge of online video calling through Teams/Zoom
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise needs and objectives.
